The rate we negotiated can be extended 3 days before November 1 and 3 days after November 3 if you would like to stay longer. If that is needed, please book 11/1-3 first and then email Jared at jaredlagemann@skyrocksedona.com with your confirmation number and he can get your stay extended as needed. Additionally, the options on the link are for standard 2 queens/1 king rooms, but Jared can also get you upgraded to nicer rooms, while still giving you our discount, if desired. He should reply to any emails within 1 business day. The hotel has parking on-site for $15/day for our guests (down from $35/day) and also offers a complimentary shuttle to anywhere within 3 miles for all guests! I picked this one specifically to have our block at so that this shuttle can serve as a great option for anyone not renting a car or wanting to have a DD for the welcome party and/or wedding :) It also has a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site restaurant and bar with a moonrise cocktail tasting each night. Flying In
Flagstaff (FLG) is the closest airport to Sedona (40 minutes away), but Phoenix (PHX) is the most popular for most Sedona visitors at just over 2 hours away. Las Vegas is also an option! It is a 4 hour drive, but you could stop at the Grand Canyon on your way :)

Getting from PHX to Sedona
When we go to Sedona, we usually rent a car with National at the airport, but PHX also offers most other commercial car rental companies. If you do not want to rent a car from PHX, Groome Transportation also offers a shuttle bus from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to Sedona seven times a day starting at 7:45am. You catch the shuttle at Terminal 2 and the bus trip takes 2 hours and 45 minutes. You can book online or call 928-350-8466 for a reservation. Additionally, Rome2Rio and Wanderu also offer bus options and Amtrak offers trains from Phoenix Station to Williams Station in Sedona that take between 3 and 4 hours.
