We have 2 shuttles you can take to and/or from the wedding, either from Boulder or Longmont. Boulder - Pickup/Dropoff will be at the Embassy Suites (2601 Canyon Blvd, Boulder) in the shared driveway between the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. Underground parking is available beneath the hotels (accessible from the shared driveway or 26th Street) and will cost ~$10-12 for the evening. Arrival to Embassy Suites: 2:45 p.m.; Departure for PBG: 3:00 p.m. Departure from PBG: 10:10 p.m.; Embassy Suites arrival: ~10:45 p.m. Longmont - Pickup/Dropoff will be at the SpringHill Suites (1470 Dry Creek Road, Longmont). The shuttle will be parked under the hotel awning to pickup and dropoff guests. There is plenty of parking available in the hotel lot, should you choose to join the shuttle from Longmont. Arrival to SpringHill Suites: 3:25 p.m.; Departure for PBG: 3:30 p.m. Departure from PBG: 10:00 p.m.; Longmont Arrival time: 10:30 p.m.

For those who want to stay central to Boulder, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder is a newer Boulder hotel with all the amenities for a short (or long) stay. Pearl Street Mall and Downtown Boulder are a short five minutes drive. Enjoy their two-story fitness center and mountain views from the rooftop pool year-round. WiFi, daily free hot breakfast, and an evening reception are amongst other perks they offer.

WeeCasa offers tiny houses for nightly rentals. The tiny houses are set up neighborhood-style in close proximity to each other and are right across the street from Planet Bluegrass.
