We encourage everyone to RSVP quickly to provide us time to figure out some safety measures. Please read below regarding attending and safety. There is so much uncertainty about what's allowed and what's safe but we do feel like we will be able to have an event where everyone can have a great time and stay safe. To accomplish this we are putting in a bunch of effort and will ask a few simple things of those attending. If you're hoping to attend be consider the following: - Ensuring this is the wedding that made it happen safely is really important to us, we don't want to be the wedding where someone got sick - Respect for others safety is paramount - If you're at a high risk of severe symptoms after contracting COVID-19 please don't attend - If you're not feeling well in advance of the wedding please don't attend (even if you RSVP yes) To ensure people's safety we are: - Doing temperature checks at the entry and anyone with a fever will be asked to not attend for the safety of others - Going to require attendees over 12 wear masks when they are not seated at their dinner table. Events like the ceremony and dancing will require masks (based on what we know right now). - Seating people at tables of 8 or less, with families and friends they know and can trust (we will hopefully be able to announce the groups in advance of the wedding for safety coordination) - Eating outdoors under a tent, to allow for 6 feet of distance between the tables - Creating a large dance floor for people to have adequate space (6 feet) when dancing - Providing masks for everyone over 12 and hand sanitizer If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Jeff or Gayle.
