Our Reception Venue is located on the street level of the Embassy Suites - literally the exact same building. You have your choice of rooms (King - $229/night or Two Double Beds - $249/night) and your reservations include complimentary breakfast, a complimentary two-hour reception every evening (open bar + snacks), indoor pool, fitness center, etc. PLEASE NOTE: These rooms are going fast - only a few rooms left. REMEMBER: Our wedding is on a Sunday. :) YOU MUST BOOK YOUR ROOM BEFORE AUGUST 4, 2022 TO GUARANTEE THE WEDDING BLOCK RATE. Important Note: There are two Embassy Suites in Chicago. Eurostars Magnificent Mile

We stayed at the Eurostar for Jeff's 40th birthday. It's a great boutique hotel with a modern look. We suggest requesting a room with a city view! The Eurostar is one block away from our Reception venue, so it's very convenient. You have your choice of rooms (King - $250/night or Two Double Beds - $250/night). AC Hotel Chicago Downtown

We have a room block at the beautiful AC Hotel. There are king rooms and double rooms available for $179/night. Overnight parking is $26/night which is a VERY GOOD PRICE. If you would like to reserve a room, you can call (844) 672-9070 and refer to the Ward-Scheuermann Wedding Room Block. YOU MUST BOOK BEFORE AUGUST 3, 2022 TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING BLOCK ROOM RATE.

We highly recommend searching for accommodations on Air BnB. Labor Day weekend is a very busy time so we recommend booking as soon as possible. If you need help looking for accommodations or have questions about what part of the city to look in, please reach out.

The Chicago train systems are a great form of transportation around the city. All are color-coded and come in from all parts of the surrounding Chicago neighborhoods, including both airports.
