When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will be held at the Tampa Garden Club on February 3rd, 2024 (2629 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL)

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our event is Semi-formal attire. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors and Florida weather can be exceptional in the day time but at time chilly in the evening, we recommend that you consider dressing in light layers. Semi-formal attire includes but is not limited to cocktail dresses, sun dresses, short or long sleeve button ups, trousers, sport coats, and suits.

Is the wedding an outdoor event?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be held outside on the astroturfed wedding garden lawn. In the event of rain, ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors. Reception will be held indoors in the grand ballroom.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes, a hotel block will be available for our guests. Please visit the Accommodations tab for more info.
Question
Is there free parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, the venue has free and plentiful parking reserved especially for our event. There is an ADA compliant drop off area for any guests that need extra accommodations.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from any phone usage and photography during the wedding ceremony. Once cocktail hour hits, though, whip those phones and cameras out and photograph some memories!
Question
Can I physically bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
While your presence is a gift in itself, there will be a gifts and card table available for your convenience. Since we will be travelling for our honeymoon and then back home to Arizona, please consider mailing any large gifts ahead of time. Visit our registry for shipment details and more information.
Question
I've received my save the date, where do I RSVP?
Answer
As of 11/10/23, all invitations have been sent out. If you received a Save the Date and have not received an invitation, please contact Ada or Jeff and we can have one sent out to you. In the meantime, you should still be able to RSVP in the RSVP tab even if you haven't received a physical invitation.
