Mer and I shared everything for years: clothes, room, books, crushes, and chapstick. She is incredibly hard working and always finds creative solutions for problems. Growing up, she was always the best record keeper, note taker, and a filing cabinet of information. My favorite thing about her is her determination and her sarcastic sense of humor.

My roommate for 3 years at Moody, Sam and I have done some of everything together. Sports, music, ministry, schoolwork, injuries, you name it. Sam always had all the creative ideas for activities to do, and always kept me thinking outside the box. I loved all the late nights we had gaming, making music, playing games, or just hanging out.

Mitch is my oldest brother, and he is always up for an adventure. He loves the outdoors, working on projects, sports, and pretty much doing anything together with people. He has always been a great coach, and has always been there for me. I love that Mitch is so thoughtful and generous, especially with his time.

Anthony is my other brother, and he is always such a fun person to be around. He has an incredible sense of humor, an outrageously contagious laugh, and a humble and thoughtful heart. He tells great stories and cares so much for others. He and I work together, and we really enjoy the camaraderie we experience there. I love the way he helps people have a good time

Always answering a question with a question, conversations with Emma are never dull. She is an expert on childhood development and master of quotes from the pillars of the ancient church. Emma has coached me through many life decisions and in the meantime, has always found time to discuss the vast difference between a tea bag and loose leaf tea.

Joel is another roommate from my time at Moody. He is fearlessly honest and blunt, while also caring for others. He has helped me develop and grow in my walk with Jesus, constantly encouraging me to grow. Joel is a board game connoisseur, and is always up for playing games. I love Joel’s passion for Jesus and his willingness to encourage others.

Sisters long before she married my brother, Emily and I have been talking over top of each other for about 15 years. Emily is the chillest person in the world, a fabulous mom, and is always down for old fashioned gabfest. I love laughing with her and reminiscing some of my teenage blonde moments.

Mals is a master comedian, with a combo of dad-jokes, sarcasm, and monologues. We have always enjoyed bantering, talking about soundtrack music, and share a love for massive hamburgers. My favorite thing about him is when he laughs so hard he can't actually speak to tell his joke!

Aliza is the best companion for an I Love Lucy marathon. She is a beautiful, fantastic out-of-doors maven. She loves hiking, animals, and classical waltzes. I love her one liners, her adaptions of Louisa May Alcott quotes, and acting skills.
