What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:00 PM at the latest to ensure all are seated prior to the 1:15 PM ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is recommended but use your best judgement. The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception indoors. Historically, the weather has been sunny with a 2021 high of 89 degrees.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As the venue has a 150 person capacity, please do not bring additional guests unless specified on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome to join in on the fun. Please be sure to include them on your RSVP. If your child struggles during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you step away. A respite room will be provided for parents to utilize at their leisure. Due to capacity, adult 'children' are not invited unless specified.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the 'travel' page on our website. We also encourage the use of Airbnb or VRBO to seek local and fun places to stay.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan to provide gluten-free, dairy-free and meat-free options. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions outside of those.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on-site. Please do not park on the street.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No specific transportation has been scheduled. If you seek travel and/or carpool assistance, please reach out to Megan directly.
