Cocktail, Semi-Formal to Formal
This evening is a separate invitation-only event for the bride and groom's family to get to know each other. Jeanne's dad is hosting this party and sends his regards as he is unable to attend. For our out-of-town guests who are arriving Friday evening for our Saturday nuptials, if you want to remain on the grounds for dinner, for your convenience, you may enjoy the Peaks of Otter restaurant and bar. You could also try Liberty Station in town. This restaurant is the train station the Bedford Boys departed from during the war years. For those who are a little more adventurous, Lynchburg and Roanoke both offer great restaurants.
