Welcome and Decorate the Venue Event

This event is black-tie optional🤣. Well-seasoned work clothes would be a good choice, so climbing, carrying, and moving things will be easy. The grass will be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos. A sturdy pair of sneakers or your other favorite rugged shoe would be more appropriate! And then you can wear them to hike on the Appalachian Trail or kayak from the Nantahala Outdoor Center 2 miles away
Assignments will be directed by designated “HAND CHOSEN INDIVIDUALS”. They’ll be clearly visible wearing the bright yellow traffic control vests. Check with them for what needs to be done and what you can do to be helpful! There will be a few light bites and liquid refreshments. But feel free to bring whatever else you think would make your muscles fueled and belly happy!
