The most ideal place to stay the weekend since the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are located all on-site! Ride the elevator home to your hotel room at the end of each night. We recommend booking as soon as possible since space is limited in our hotel block. Please use the link below to book with our hotel block. If it is full you are welcome to book directly with the hotel outside of the block but keep in mind this would be outside of our negotiated rate.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites- West Coxsackie

Located a 9-min drive from the wedding venue. There will be a shuttle provided to guests leaving for the ceremony on Saturday at 3:30pm. There will be two return shuttles departing at 10pm & 12am. Please use the link below to book within our hotel block.

Train

Amtrak Hudson Station

The closest train station coming from NYC is the Amtrak Hudson station which you can catch from Penn Station in Manhattan. It about a 2-hour ride up north. From Hudson station it's about a 25-minute car ride to the venue.
