Things To Do

Downtown Edmonds

We have not spent much time in Downtown Edmonds, but if you are staying near the venue and want to explore it is a cute area, beach parks, restaurants, and plenty of cool art galleries to peruse. Edmonds is an artsy town and in fact I discovered the venue when attending a “Sketchers fest” … No not the shoes… like art sketching! Pretty cool. Let us know if you check out any note worthy places in Edmonds, we want to explore more!

Tapped Mukilteo

10809 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275

GET THE PRIME RIB DIP! We have played many cribbage games over root beer and a prime rib dip. When we first moved in together this was a mile down the road and became our weekend routine. We hope you enjoy!

Pestle Rock

2305 Northwest Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107

If you find yourself in Seattle, go to the Ballard neighborhood for Pestle Rock, authentic Thai food. We stubbled on this place one night on a hungry walk around the neighborhood and now every-time I suggest it Ty is so giddy.

noii sushi

107 Lake Street, Kirkland, WA 98033

This is hands down the best sushi either of us have ever had. And Ty definitely has a massive crush on the executive chef (Jonathan, one off the groomsmen). Okay so we may be a little bias, but seriously, Chef J has put so much heart into this spot. If you like Sushi and have the time to pop over to Kirkland it is well worth it.

Vulpine Taproom

17171 Bothell Way Northeast, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155

Vulpine and the Burrow are connected. Vulpine is a taproom and Burrow is a cafe. Both are delicious and nerdy. If you go for breakfast get the biscuits and gravy and matcha. If you go for a drink get something fun and tasty from their ever rotating tap and the pretzel! We are here almost every week, and we often take the almost 2 mile walk down from our condo through beautiful Lake Forest Park.

The Burrow

Picnic Point Park

7231 Picnic Point Road, Edmonds, WA 98036

One of our favorites for a quick visit to the beach for sunset, beach comb, or chill.

Lighthouse Park

609 Front Street, Mukilteo, WA 98275

This was our go to place for a short beach walk or sunset when we first moved in together. You do have to pay to park, but you can also walk over to Ivar's for delicious fish and chips, or go to their sit down restaurant, which is connected, for a more elevated dining. Diamond Knot Brewing has an ice-cream window we would recommend (this was a childhood favorite of Jazmyn's).
