When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please kindly RSVP by July 7th, 2023. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are not coming.

Are you registered for gifts? Where?
Answer
Yes! Our registry is conveniently available on our website, please visit the "Registry" tab. We also welcome any monetary gifts to our newlywed fund.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
You are welcome to arrive as early as 4:30 PM for the 5:30 PM ceremony.

May I take pictures or videos at the ceremony?
Answer
The Bride and Groom are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony to allow you to be fully present during their special moment. Please refrain from using your cell phone to take photos and videos during the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Black-Tie. Ladies please wear a formal (floor length) evening gown or formal cocktail dress. Gentleman, please wear a tuxedo with black necktie or suit with black tie. Please refer to our color palate tab for garment color inspiration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please indicate any food allergies in your RSVP to be best accommodated.

Will there be room blocks for hotels?
Answer
Yes, we have room blocks at two host hotels. Please visit the "Travel Accommodations" tab for more information.

Will I be able to bring a plus one?

Plus ones are welcomed if specifically indicated on your invitation. If you're unsure, please contact the Bride or Groom.

Please note this will be an adult only celebration.

What if I cannot attend the wedding?

We certainly will miss you! Please be sure to indicate that you are unable to attend in your RSVP and contact either the Bride or Groom before their wedding day.

Childress Vineyards has free on-site parking and handicap accommodations, if needed.

What can we expect NC weather to be like in September?

On average, early September temperatures range from lows in the high 50s to highs in the 70s and 80s.

5:30 pm EST, promptly.

Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors. In the event of rain, the wedding ceremony will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be indoors. The reception will be indoors with outdoor grand patio access.
