Angel and Jazmin met in the 7th grade after she moved to Edinburg, Texas from California. Cute right? Not really. The only conversation they held in 14 years was when both of their parents didn't pick them up on time after school. They both moved to different states, lived their own lives, traveled the world, but were always closer than they both knew. The stars finally aligned in 2021 and Angel pulled out all the stops to take Jazmin on a date (which if you know her, you'd know was not easy). Angel was smitten by her charisma and confidence and it was a beauty he had not seen in someone. After that first date, Angel knew he had met his perfect match and knew Jazmin would be his wife.

Angel is someone who pulls out all the stops for Jazmin. Instead of taking her to a quiet spot in the city like a normal person, what does he decide to do? After snorkeling, enjoying all the fresh seafood, and cocktails Aruba had to offer, Angel had THE ultimate surprise. Among the clearest water, whitest sand, and the most perfect sunset Jazmin had ever seen, Angel got down on one knee and asked the biggest question known to man.
