Jacque and Jazmin became friends when they interned together at a prosecutor's office during law school. Jacque actually became a prosecutor, while Jazmin ran the opposite direction and became a public defender, but they still remained the best of friends!

Jazmin also met Elizabeth while interning at the prosecutor's office during law school. Jazmin, Jacque, and Elizabeth bonded over their love of makeup and stayed friends long after the internship was over. Elizabeth and Jazmin also bonded over their love of wine and brunch.

Jazmin and Kaitlyn both grew up in Mt. Washington, but didn't really know each other until they became best friends and roommates in college. Jazmin introduced Kaitlyn to the Big Cuz at Tin Roof, and Kaitlyn introduced Jazmin to the Baptist Campus Ministry and crazy grilled cheese.

Jazmin met Meredith when she transferred to UK and ended up being Kaitlyn's random roommate. Kaitlyn and Jazmin liked her so much, they all lived together for the rest of college! Now, Jazmin visits Meredith in New York City and they spend too much money shopping in SoHo.

Jazmin and Chelsea became friends when Chelsea was the new kid in fifth grade. Jazmin and Chelsea did everything together, except when Chelsea was grounded. They cheered, took drama classes, worked together at Bootleg BBQ, and partied a little too hard.

Jazmin has known Cortney the longest of all! They grew up together in Mt. Washington and spent lots of time at each other's pools. They even used to look alike and would try to fool their teacher in middle school. When they got older, Jazmin, Cortney, and Chelsea worked together at Bootleg BBQ and had lots of unforgettable adventures together.
Best Man
Andrew met Don at Male High School, and the two became friends over a shared love of emo, punk, post-hardcore, Halo, and meandering conversations about what it means to be a good person. While a lot has changed, some things still stay the same. Don and Andrew also both share a knack for singing impromptu song lyrics to describe pretty much anything and everything, much to the chagrin of their partners and friends.

Abbey is Andrew's younger sister and one of his best friends; they met when Andrew was 2 and Abbey was 0 years old. Even though Andrew went out of state for college and Abbey subsequently moved out of state after she finished school, they stay in touch and talk politics, dogs, and U of L sports almost daily.

Megan is technically Andrew's cousin, but she is more like a sister to him. Megan and Andrew share a passion for progressive politics and helping people - Andrew is therapist, and Megan is a school psychologist who also has taken classes on using yoga to help people recover from traumatic events. Megan also makes Andrew's day by sending him pictures of the cute dogs she walks and dogsits for.

Andrew and Evan originally met when Andrew joined Male High School's lacrosse team, but their real friendship was forged over nights of playing Halo in various basements across Louisville. While Andrew was in and out of Louisville through college and graduate school, whenever he was in town Evan was always ready to hang out. When Andrew finally moved back to Louisville for good, he and Evan fell right back into being close friends and confidants.

Bryan and Andrew were cousins and best friends growing up, swapping weekends at each other's houses trying to play as many video games as they could since Bryan had a Super Nintendo and Andrew had a Sega Genesis. They still share a love of video games, as they plan out who is going to get which version of Pokemon every time a new game comes out. They also share a bizarre sense of humor that makes sure they are always laughing, even if everyone else is looking at them strangely.

Andrew and Katrina met each other as undergrad students at the University of Minnesota-Morris (yes, the winters are as cold as you think you are). They instantly bonded over being huge dorks and remained tights friends even after graduation, staying in touch by playing marathon sessions of Minecraft, Terraria, and Stardew Valley over the years.
