When is the actual ceremony?
Answer
Friday, August 16th, 2024 at 4:00pm. Then, group photos. Cocktail Hour at 5:30pm in the Papagayo Room. Reception on the rooftop from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
Typical wedding attire-- dressy, but comfortable. Our wedding colors are navy and mauve/blush if you wanna be matchy matchy. Please, no white and maybe not stilettos as we are getting married on the beach (don't forget your sunglasses and SPF-- it will be hot!!) Wedding Party and Parents- wear "something blue" for our rehearsal dinner on Wednesday, August 14th Bach Party Attendees- wear your favorite pink swimsuit

Should I book flights separately?
Answer
Yes, please be sure to send your flight information to our Travel Agent, Mrs. Tawana to ensure the hotel can track your flight and supply shuttle service, which you paid for when booking your room.

Are there wedding events every day of our stay?
Answer
No, this is your vacation too!! The only "requirement" is the ceremony on Friday, August 16th at 4:00pm. We will also host an informal welcome party on Wednesday, a joint bach boat party on Thursday for select guests, and an optional excursion day on Saturday for everyone. Please check your texts and emails for updates!

How will we reach the wedding couple during wedding week?
Answer
Jaz and Terrence will create a What'sApp group in August so we can communicate without charging international rates for texts/calls (hopefully, everyone is able to access this).

What excursions are the Barneses doing?
Answer
We are only planning to do an off resort excursion on Saturday, August 17th. We are looking into availability and group dates and will update you all ASAP.
