Question

I’m traveling in. When should I plan to get there?

Answer

The ceremony is on Friday, 6/26 starting at 7:30pm. We recommend arriving Thursday evening or Friday morning into Las Vegas to have ample time to get settled in before the ceremony.

Where hotel should I stay at?

Answer

You are welcomed to stay at any hotel or Airbnb that you prefer. Our venue does offer a discount block rate for 10 or more rooms. If you would like to stay there and inquire about the rate, please visit: www.sunsetstation.com.

How should I get there?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. However, we recommend to take ride share or a taxi if you might be drinking!

Can I bring a physical gift?

Answer

Since we are all visiting Las Vegas, please refrain from bringing a physical gift that may be difficult to transport (for you and for us!) Instead, please consider contributing to our registry and if you decide to bring a card, we will have a card box for safekeeping of your thoughtful gift.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event. Please dress appropriately for the warm weather for our outdoor ceremony at sunset. Please refrain from wearing white (or very light colors), jeans, shorts or athletic wear. We recommend to bring an extra pair of comfy shoes because Jaysie wants to dance all night long!

Please RSVP by April 24th, 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we will not be having kids at our event. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a plus one if you were given the option on your invitation. If you are unsure, please reach out to Jaysie or Rob.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please directly inform Jaysie or Rob. We will do our best to make an accommodation with the venue.
