Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Unless stated on your formal invitation, there will be no extra guests. Please understand we have a limited venue capacity and would like to invite who we can.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please see on the website when you click "ATTIRE". We want everyone to dress in formal or semi formal with the colors stated there for this wonderful event. We want to see you dress your best.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please be there by 5:00pm to ensure you will not miss the program. Unless you are one of the entourage a specific call time will be given to you by the coordinator.

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Please take as many pictures as you wish and don't forget to tag us and include our hashtag #JayrickAndKylie. ;)

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love the little ones, this is an adult only wedding. Take this night as a date night and please enjoy it! Drinks are on us. :)

Can I sit anywhere during the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we kindly ask everyone to follow the seating arrangement given. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement which is planned for everyone's convenience. No need to worry, you will surely be seated along with your group of friends.

What happens if we don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If you are unable to RSVP through the website or through message, you will be considered as "not attending" and there will be no place setting for you. Hoping for your understanding with this.

Is there parking available in the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a designated parking area for the guests closer to the venue. However, Camp John Hay has an ample amount of parking space which you may use. Feel free to park anywhere that is convenient for you.

What if I have a dietary issue or food allergy?

Answer

The chef or catering team will be there to assist. Names of the dishes will be displayed and please do not hesitate to ask the catering team about any food allergies you might have.

When is the appropriate time to leave?

Answer

Please try your best to finish the whole program. We want everyone to enjoy the evening. If you would like to leave earlier please do not hesitate to bid us a farewell before going. All we ask is please do not eat and run. :D
