Where is the wedding?
Answer
Wedding day, after party, and Sunday brunch all take place at Gather Greene in Coxsackie, NY (176 Levett Road, Coxsackie, NY 12051).

How do I get to the wedding?
Answer
Guests are welcome to use our shuttles to and from Gather Greene. Pick up and drop off will be from the Holiday Inn Express in Coxsackie, as well as downtown Hudson - check the Travel tab for details. We encourage you to use the shuttles, as there is limited parking at the venue. If you are going to drive, please try to carpool with others. Ubers are limited, so if you'll need a cab to/from a train station, AirBnB, hotel, etc, please consider booking a car in advance through Coxsackie Transport, Inc. (https://www.coxsackietransport.com/)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive ~15 minutes early to make your way to the Woods and get settled.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or formal attire is perfect! If you have a tux and want to bust it out, please do. We will have heaters, but once the sun goes down it may get chilly, so bring a light jacket. There are gravel paths to/from the ceremony and after party, so choose footwear accordingly. See dress code details for each event on the Schedule page.

Can I bring children to the wedding?

We love your little ones, but we are having an adults only (18+) event, with the exception of those in the wedding party. This is a night to celebrate and we want everyone to be fully present with us! If you need help with making arrangements for child care, let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation reflects how many guests are included for your group. Unfortunately, we are at capacity and are unable to add additional guests.

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

We are going to have a phone-free ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us!

Will the wedding take place outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting (fingers and toes crossed), all wedding weekend events will take place outdoors. We are hoping for a temperate and lovely Spring day, but it may get chilly once the sun goes down, and while we will have heaters, we suggest bringing a light jacket. There are gravel paths to/from the ceremony and after party, so choose your footwear accordingly.

Did you know your wedding is the day before Mother's Day?
Answer
Yes! We so appreciate all of the moms taking time out of their weekend to come celebrate with us. We hope the weekend can serve as a nice getaway for you to treat yourselves. We'll have a Sunday brunch for you to enjoy before you head back to your kiddos.
