Answer

If you are certain about your attendance NOW! However, we will be sending out formal invitations that will have the date to RSVP by. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

You will be missed! If you can’t make it please sure you RSVP “NO” so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors.

Answer

If we did not receive your RSVP by the deadline, it will be automatically be marked as “NOT ATTENDING”. We will miss you truly but it is imperative we provide an accurate final count for our vendors within the time they gave us. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

No, we will have our ceremony at one location with a 10-minute drive to our reception space. As soon as the ceremony is over, do not miss the cocktail hour at our reception space right after!

Yes! We will provide a water, hand-held fans, and small umbrellas *first-come, first-served*

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guest who are formally invited. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We ask that only the named people on the invitation are in the attendance.

While we love our little ones, our wedding will be adult-only event with the exception to those in the bridal party. We appreciate you making arrangements a head of time so you can celebrate with us.

We ask all guest arrive promptly at 4:30 PM. The venue entrance will be closed 4:50 PM and will remain closed for the duration of the ceremony. With this in mind, be sure to give yourself plenty of time with Virginia Beach traffic, time to park, check in, and find your seat.

Yes! We ask that you all wear ALL BLACK formal attire. You will be outside for the ceremony so we ask you dress accordingly to the weather. We want our guest to all dress to IMPRESS!! Check the ”Dress Code” tab to see inspiration!

Can I take pictures?Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are going to have an “Unplugged Ceremony”. We ask that you keep all phones away during the ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. After the ceremony is complete, you may turn on your devices and take as many pictures as you wish.

Yes! Parking is free for all guest. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot.

Yes! Portable mini hand-held fans are allowed! The sun will most likely be out and shining :)
