Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the mid-mountain Deer Park Lodge at Bridger Bowl Ski area. The ceremony and events to follow will take place outside on the lawn and deck area. The reception will take place inside the lodge.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

We are currently working on transportation services, so check back for the answer to this question. There is parking at Bridger Bowl.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear summer-party casual or semi-formal attire, we want you to be comfortable and able to dance! August in Bozeman typically has temperatures of 80's, but the ceremony will be held at a higher elevation and therefore the evening could be cooler. Wear whatever color you like, but please no white or ivory.

Are kids allowed?

We plan to have an adult only ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking personal photos during the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer for this portion. At the end of the ceremony we will allow personal photos to be taken, and throughout the reception you are welcome to snap as many pictures as you'd like!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our wedding intimate. We’re only able to include those whose names appear on the invitation. If a plus-one is included for you, it will be clearly indicated.

What kind of food and drinks are expected?

Answer

Bridger Bowl will be catering post-ceremony hors d'oeuvres and buffet-style dinner. Beer and wine will be served throughout the evening, along with non-alcoholic options.
