Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Tennis shoes and/or jeans will not be permitted! Semi-Formal Attire Men: Light Earth tone suits Women: Light Earth Tone Semi-formal or cocktail dresses; pants suits A color palette can be found in the gallery for your attire! Failure to comply will result in dismissal from ceremony and/or reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What if I can't make it ?

Answer

Your presence will be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify George (318) 900-4276 or Jaylin (318)496-0515.

When do I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by 12.25.25 by using the QR code on your formal invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "Night Out " for yourself!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be setting (hopefully), the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be indoors, but it does have an outdoor area. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the property has grass, rock, and dirt terrain.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Where to Stay" tab to see hotels in the area. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you call and book under "Spivey Wedding"

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

If you'd like to help us celebrate our new adventure together, we would be so grateful for any contributions to our honeymoon fund. You can find the details under the 'Honeymoon Fund' tab.
