Kelly met Caroline in late elementary school at a mutual friend’s birthday pool party—both wearing swim trunks. From that moment on, they were destined to be lesbros. Kelly and Caroline grew up side by side with weekly sleepovers, as sports teammates, chefs, driving school survivors, bandmates, and eventually, as part of each other’s extended families.
Mila

Jaylin and Mila first met when Jay was 7 and Mila was 8 or 9. Jaylin came into Mila’s class for orientation. They became friends that day and Mila is beyond grateful for that 18/19 years later, Jay’s still her very best friend. Mila now gets to call Caroline her best friend as well!
Chloe

Chloe met Jaylin during freshman year orientation week at camp, and then met Caroline not too long after. They all clicked immediately and became besties for the rest of college. Fun fact, Chloe was the videographer for the time when Caroline asked Jay to be her girlfriend! Safe to say she’s been one of their biggest supporters from the start :,)
Kara

Kara met Caroline while visiting Jay in Arizona. While she was there, they took a trip to Sedona and had such a great time. Kara and Jay met back in high school, and really became close through the CNA program at school. They’ve been besties ever since.
Elizabeth

Elizabeth met Caroline the day she was born! They have always been close. Elizabeth first briefly met Jay outside of Shake Shack at Fashion Square, and got to know her better/they became friends when Caroline and Jay visited her in Berkeley, CA in 2019!
Selena

During Selena’s freshmen year at ASU, she decided to go to the camp hosted by the Health Solutions college to meet new people. That’s where she first met Jay and Chloe. As time went on, they met Caroline who joined their group. Selena is privileged to say she got to witness their friendship grow into love since then!
Keara
Bridesmaid
Keara met Jay through a snapchat group that all the incoming freshman black girls from ASU made to make friends! They weren’t on the same campus but always stayed in touch via social media. It wasn’t until Chloe came along, that solidified Keara’s friendship with both Jay & Caroline. <3 The rest is history!
Nicole

Nicole met Jay and Caroline freshman year at ASU. She lived down the hall from Jay and they quickly became friends when everyone learned that Nicole’s room had all the snacks, and was always unlocked. She and Caroline bonded instantly, and would often skateboard around Downtown Phoenix together.
