How do I book my room?

Is there a deadline to book my room?

Answer

Yes. You must put a deposit on your room no later than October 1, 2021.

Will I Need A Passport?

Yes! We're going international so if you don't have one already start the application for your passport ASAP!

What is the attire?

Answer

Beach/Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, linen pants, or short-sleeved button downs.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As we know the kids in this family are the life of the party and we would love to have them attend, but the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall hotel is an adult only resort. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to attend.

Will there be transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes! When you book through our travel agency VIP Vacations, transportation to and from the resort will be included.
