Where do we park for the Union Club Hotel?

Answer

Across the street the parking garage, Grant Street Garage, is where you will park! You can either walk over to the hotel above ground or use Purdue's tunnels to make it to the ballrooms. Parking will cost about $10

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open right at 3pm and ceremony will start at 3:30pm!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by mid-June at the latest, the hotel will need our final number of guests by then and we don't want to leave anyone out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a discounted room block at the Union Club Hotel that you can book by using the booking link in our "Hotels" tab or calling the hotel at (765)494-8922! I would also recommend searching for hotels just down the hill that are about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel if you are looking for other accommodations. We will not have a room block for these hotels so you would book as normal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know if you have any intolerances or allergies. We will be serving food buffet style so if there are any severe allergies we would like to be as accommodating to that as possible

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so you will be able to take pictures before and after the ceremony!
