Sangeet Welcome Party

Fun Formal - Indian Attire Optional

Kick off the celebrations at our outdoor Sangeet Welcome Party, set against the stunning backdrop of Malta's Grand Harbour. Sangeet means “music” in Hindi - and true to its name, we will have joyful dance performances by family and friends, followed by an open dance floor where everyone is invited to celebrate together. Food and drinks will be plentiful. Shuttles will be provided for convenience, departing from Sliema to the venue at approximately 5:00 PM, and returning from the venue to Sliema at 11:00 PM.

Haldi

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Dressy Casual - Yellow or Orange Attire Encouraged

The Haldi is a Hindu tradition performed before the wedding to bring the couple good luck and blessings. It centers around a paste made from turmeric (haldi), often mixed with sandalwood, rosewater, or oils, which is lovingly applied to the couple by family and friends. Our relaxed version will overlook the Mediterranean Sea with light bites, coffee and tea served.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Formal Attire - Guests are welcome to wear formal Indian, Filipino, or Western attire

Baraat - The celebration begins with the Baraat - the groom’s procession to the wedding venue. We welcome all guests to enjoy the lively music, dancing, and high energy to kick off the wedding festivities. Wedding Ceremony - Immediately following the Baraat, the wedding ceremony will commence. Cocktail Hour - Cool off after the ceremony with refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Reception - The evening continues with our Wedding Reception, featuring dinner, music, dancing, and celebration. Join us as we toast, laugh, and dance the night away. Shuttles will be provided for convenience, departing from Sliema to the venue at approximately 2:00 PM, and returning from the venue to Sliema at 12:30 AM.
