Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

John Boushelle

Best Man

John has been my built-in best friend after just a year and a half of life. We enjoyed sharing well coordinated outfits in the early years and roaming the neighborhood streets to recruit new friends for backyard sports and exploring. Some of my best memories with him revolve around our various travel baseball teams and family trips to “the farm” and Rocky Mountains. John is the most frustratingly athletic person I know, and just had to be slightly better than me in every sport we touched - which at least pushed me to better. He's the only person I'd trust to chase off the mean older kids with a shovel, steal my Oreo's when my lungs collapse, and drop anything to be there for me anywhere and anytime and as such I can't wait to have him up there with me on my most important day.

Eden Opie

Maid of Honor

Eden and I became good friends while playing soccer together at the University of Tulsa. During our spring break junior year, we went on a ski trip to Arapahoe Basin in Colorado and have been best friends since! Eden is Boot's godmother and my go to person for advice, to vent, for funny videos, basically everything. I could not imagine having anyone else by my side on this day, or any other! (Well besides Jay, of course)

Kyle Larsen

Groomsman

Kyle, Tana, and I studied Chemical Engineering together at the University of Tulsa. While we knew each other from Orientation week on, we joined different fraternities and had different crowds for the first two years of college. Our relationship really grew junior year when we shared almost all of our classes and worked together (with Tana eventually, too) at Southwest United Industries as the scrappiest lab techs you'd ever meet. We enjoyed a trip to France as part of one of our courses and countless nights out having too much fun senior year. Roommates for a year out of college, Kyle and I have multiple times been mistaken for brothers - and it often feels like we actually are. I enjoyed being a part of Kyle's wedding last year, and I'm now excited for him to return the favor.

Jessica Bollinger

Bridesmaid

Jessica was one of my best friends on my club soccer team growing up, and I'm so glad we've remained friends since. She is a friend I can go months without speaking to, and pick back up right where we left off. She was always my travel buddy, and somehow we always managed to get along on every road trip, and at every soccer camp we went to. Can't wait to have Jess with me on this day!

Austin Hunt

Groomsman

Austin and I have been friends since freshman year at the University of Tulsa. Members of the same KA pledge class, we enjoyed all the same parties and events throughout college. We enjoyed two spring break ski trips to Keystone and Telluride, and a winter break full of coaching ski school together Senior year - and as such is my go-to ski trip buddy. Austin and I's relationship really took off the summer after Junior year when we both lived at the KA house. We took full advantage of a summer of shenanigans, and spent almost every weekend (and sometimes weekdays) swimming, golfing, and exploiting QT's incredible deal on 16 oz. Coor's Lights. I also had the pleasure of being a part of Austin's wedding last year, and look forward to forcing him into another Tuxedo this New Year's Eve.

Zoe Erickson

Bridesmaid

Zoe was one of my best friends throughout high school. Our friendship first started in Coach Carter's U.S. History class, and really flourished when we found out we had similar taste in music. She's my best concert date, the most adventurous person I know, and an easy choice to have standing next to me as I say "I do".

Will Hewat

Groomsman

Will has been one of my best friends since Mrs. Sherman's 4th grade class when we both moved to Fayetteville. Will and his family went to the same church as me, and were members of the same youth group. We enjoyed multiple week long mission trips to Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama which were some of the most fun (and funniest) weeks of my life. Will has been one of the most effective people at pulling me out of my comfort zone, and is one of the most adventurous people I've ever met. He's only driven his truck into a lake and needed a tractor to get out once! Will is the most impassioned person I know, and I've enjoyed being a part of his life as he takes on new hobbies and new direction. I only feel slightly bad for making him stand up front with me and 4 other 6 foot plus people.

Haley Dick

Bridesmaid

Haley (Hai Hai, Hilly, Hillary) has come into my life recently, and since knowing her, I think I’ve laughed more than I ever have. She’s as funny as her last name. She’s the best, bad influence. She always knows exactly what to say, and I can always count on knowing she’ll be there whenever I need her. Our wedding day would be far less fun without her involved. I’m so excited for her to be a part of these memories.

Thomas Kerwin

Groomsman

Thomas and I first met freshman year at the University of Tulsa. He lived with Austin down the hall in the John Mabee Hall. He was then my suite mate for a semester in Hardesty Hall before leaving for a semester in Chile. After that, he was my roommate for our Junior and Senior year. Thomas / TK / Big Tex / Tiki is the most frustratingly passionate Texan you will ever meet - an avid supporter of Texas sports (gross) and barbeque. Together we enjoyed frequent trips to the Hut for exceedingly average food, long nights of Rocket League, craft beer, and heated whiffle matches on the New U. He's sadly not a fan of skiing but sure does love bolo ties - which he will be disappointed to not be wearing this New Year's Eve.

Clint Ellis

Usher

Clint (aka Clunk), is probably best known for his Volvo V70 commercial, and being one half of the Deux Bro's DJ sensation. Clint and I have been friends since our freshman year at the University of Tulsa and I've enjoyed having . Clint, Tana, and I began hanging out extensively our senior year and we've all been inseparable since - less a few arguments between us on the volleyball courts. Clint is one of the most fun people to be with, always knowing the next Tulsa concert or event to enjoy. One of the easiest people to hang out with, but be careful if you take him out in public because he will have to take multiple stops to have conversations because he somehow knows everyone in Tulsa. Be prepared to see him tearing up the dance floor at the reception.

Jack Ellis

Usher

Jack (aka Junk) is the other half of the renowned DJ sensation, Deux Bro's. Jack and I also met freshman year at TU after we joined KA and has been one of my best friends since. We've enjoyed themed parties, out of town formals, and walking to the Buccaneer on Thursday nights. Like his brother, Jack, Tana, and I all started hanging out together our senior year when we all lived on the same floor of the Lorton apartments. The three of us still enjoy having too much fun on the weekends, and being mediocre in sand volleyball and kickball. Jack is an absolute blast to have around and always manages to be the life of the party. Don't be surprised to find him showing us all how to dance like a mad man in the middle of the room.
