TKB is Norway's first housing collective established in the early 1910s, a community-building housing project jumpstarted by Trondheim's Mayor who also resided here. Located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city, for its greenery and outdoor space and proximity to shops, restaurants and even historical sites (Kristiansten Festning 1600s).
