The father-of-the-bride and family will be preparing a nice meal in a casual setting at Trond Clubhouse. This venue is located on the football pitch, just down the street from our house. The evening will be a causal kick-off to the wedding the following day. All travellers are welcome, including family of the groom and bridal party. Velkommen til middag dagen-før-dagen. Maten blir lagd av Pappa, og skal serveres på Trond klubbhuset ned gate fra huset vårt. Det inviteres alle reisende og familien til Arnstein.

The first-ever wedding ceremony at new Klemenskirken

A special thank-you to the Clemen's Church task force and Ivar Koteng for bringing the ruins of this church from ca 900 AD to life! We are honoured to be the first couple to say our vows in this new 'church'. Clemen's Church houses the tomb of King Olav the Holy, who is said to have a special connection to some of the guests, which you will hear about during the ceremony. This session is also taking place during Olavsfestdagene - the official 1,000 year-old Viking festival, in recognition of Olav the Holy. We have reserved a table for twenty persons in Palmehaven restaurant at Britannia for the post-wedding brunch. The breakfast is a combination of buffet and à la carte and included in the rate for those staying in the hotel. Please rsvp whether you are staying in the hotel, or joining afterwards so that we can set up tables accordingly. Of course, it is no problem at all to have a quiet breakfast on your own should that be your preference :)
