Javier & Maria met in Downtown Pomona on a night out. Javier was out with his brothers, and Maria was out with friends. After multiple questions while dancing together, they exchanged phone numbers. Date nights began right away. Their weekends consisted of movie nights, going to bars, and trying new restaurants. It was a few years into the making Javier and Maria focused on building a foundation for their relationship. They knew what they wanted for their future together. In the meantime, they planned weekend getaways, traveled together, and created many memories. Fast forward to February 2022, Javier and Maria had a few holiday days off, and they decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Cancun, Mexico. Maria didn't think anything of it; they'd traveled before. They just needed to get away from their daily busy schedule like usual. Friday, February 18th, was a day that consisted of fun, touristic activities like parasailing. That evening they planned to go on a late night catamaran sail. Little did Maria know Javier was going to "Pop the Question" that night! In front of 40 people on the catamaran, Javier said the most heartfelt words bringing Maria to tears. She said YES!! The wedding planning began with venue tours and wedding expos. June 24, 2022, they booked their venue exactly one year in advance, but before the wedding, they decided to start a family...calling Dennis Party of 3! They thought ahead and focused on the perfect month, and Baby Dennis was made. Natalia Lexie Dennis arrived on April 5th, 2023. Javier and Maria are excited and feel blessed to have their baby girl at their wedding. "Soulmates do exist; they're not found; they're made.
