San Pedro de Atacama - Desert
The Chilean desert and the driest place in the world, it's like Mars. There are nice oasis, hot springs and salt lakes. The best way is take an Airplane to Calama, and then rent a car and explore for yourself. *This is one of the our recommended place to go together.
Lake District: Pucon and Puerto Montt
These two areas are quite close to each other, great for a roadtrip. They are full of national parks with forests, lakes, rivers and volcanos. They are perfect for trekking, skiing, rafting, enjoy the hot spring and rest in a cosy cottage. Chilean Patagonia
Chilean Patagonia is an extensive region with plenty of natural attractions to explore. The most famous one is 'Torres del Paine', one of the 8 wonders of nature. A astonishing mountain glacier, accessible by trekking to do through a national park. Easter Island 🗿
Home of the famous Moais, you probably did not know Easter Island is part of Chile. The island is a magical place with amazing nature, beaches, and the mysterious Moais, where local people still preserve their culture and traditions The only way to access to this remote island is though Chile. From Santiago to Rapa Nui is a 6 hours flight.
Machu Picchu
UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 and One of the Wonders of the World, Machu Pichu is the the ancient ruins of the Inca empire. It receives million of tourist per year. Limited direct flights from Santiago to Cuzco. Or layover in Lima. ✔️Not in Chile, so need to check your visa.
