While we'd love to have you onsite with us, we want to provide flexible lodging accommodations for our guests. We can recommend the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica, which is a nearby all-inclusive option. There are also several villas, Airbnb's, VRBOs, and rentals on the Peninsula. Reduced pricing can also be found around Playa Hermosa or Coco, but you will need transport! Feel free to explore and choose the option that works for you!
Travel Note
Guanacaste InfoCenter will be our official transportation company; we negotiated a great rate for shared and private vans from the Liberia (LIR) airport to Andaz. Please use the link below to sign up and enter your flight information. Closer to the date they will contact you in regards to the available options and pricing (~$80 per van, split amongst # passengers). If you have any questions please contact Abe Solis at guanacasteinfocenter@gmail.com
Travel Note
We recommend flying into LIR - Daniel Oduber International Airport. Andaz Costa Rica Resort is approximately 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR) with more than 20 airlines servicing this airport.
Travel Note
Don't forget to check your passports for expiration. Per Costa Rican regulations, your passport must be valid 3 months after your travel dates.
Travel Note
The official language in Costa Rica is Spanish, so it’s helpful to know a few key Spanish phrases and greetings before your trip to Costa Rica. In the more touristy areas of the country, many Costa Ricans speak English, but if you’re planning to travel off the beaten path, you might consider learning some common phrases in the local language.

We have prepared a special blog recommending what you should know and bring on your trip to Costa Rica.
