What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving around 20–30 minutes early to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Palomino Ballroom in Zionsville, Indiana, so there will be no need to travel between venues. The Palomino Ballroom is a beautiful, modern event space located just outside Indianapolis, known for its elegant ballroom, spacious layout, and scenic countryside surroundings. We’re excited to celebrate our entire day together with you all in one place!

Children are welcome at our wedding! Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on your RSVP attend.

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We encourage guests to dress up while staying comfortable—think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or a button-down with slacks. Jackets and ties are welcome but not required.

Please RSVP by May 4th — May the 4th be with you! We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate your timely response.

Are there hotels or accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at two nearby hotels for our guests. You can find booking details on our accommodations page. There are also many Airbnb options in the area if you prefer that type of stay.
