What policies are in place for COVID?

Answer

As of today, Verde River Golf & Social Club requires all non-vaccinated guests to wear masks while on premises, except for while eating and drinking.

When is my RSVP due?

Answer

We'd ask that you please use this site to RSVP by no later than 3/15/2022 so that we have time to get back to the venue with the final head counts, and food options.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan on arriving sometime between 4:00 and 4:45 PM. We're going to start the ceremony around 5 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP, please let us know if you will be bringing an extra, but if you got an invitation, we assumed you would likely be bringing a significant other.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd recommend using this event as a chance to leave the kids with the sitter, and have a night to yourselves, but little ones if they're too small to be on their own or with a sitter. Either way, just please let us know your plans in the RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel page. We have a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Scottsdale, ask about the Tully Wedding for a $149/night price.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we've rented a limo that has a capacity for 100 guests that will be running to and from the venue on a schedule. Please see the Travel page for more information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please! Let us know if you have any food allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We'll do everything we can to accommodate and pass that info along to the chefs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot for use, free of charge to the guests. This is also a gated community, so if you drive yourself, just let the gate attendant know you're hear for the wedding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please come in semi-formal/business casual dress clothes.
