How We Met
Through the halls and years, we passed each other by; a subtle love story beginning with sparks that would never die. Since high school orientation, he'd felt that little rush; a secret smile, a quiet spark, a long-held gentle crush. It wasn't until Grade 12, when September leaves had fallen calm; a push from his best friend to ask me to prom. Growing through the years, through distance and time; our love ever-blooming, like a steady, tender rhyme.
