What do we need to know about the venue's Covid guidelines?

Answer

With COVID cases on the rise, we strongly recommend that anyone who is not vaccinated please get tested within 24 hours of the event. Unvaccinated individuals should continue to be responsible for wearing masks while indoors, in accordance with federal CDC guidance. All vaccinated guests are welcomed to choose whether or not they would be more comfortable with a mask or not.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning to start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive shortly prior to park and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail casual. Is that a thing? We're making it a thing... Dress up and look nice but maybe skip the stilettos due to grass and the barn wood floor. Cowboy boots totally allowed! The ceremony is outside under a pavilion. Bar, dinner, and dancing are inside the barn. Lawn games and cigars outside in the yard. Think sundresses and wedge shoes or dress pants and a nice shirt. No ties required unless that's your thing. Our bridesmaids are wearing navy blue. The groomsmen are wearing grey vests and pants, not full suits.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Family", then yes! However, if you'd like the night off for yourselves to party hardy without the kiddos, just RSVP accordingly so we know how many mouths to feed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because many people will be scattered around town in different rental homes and such, transportation will not be provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large grass lot at The Gallagher for parking.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Make a note on the back of your reply card so we know and can tell the caterer. (If you already sent your reply, send Chrissy a text or email.)
