We’re so excited to celebrate our kid-free wedding weekend with you at Camp Carvela! This gorgeous summer camp can host up to 85 guests, offering a mix of large cabins (each sleeping 17 with electricity), smaller cozy cabins, and tent platforms for the more adventurous spirits. A centrally located bathhouse makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors without giving up too many comforts! We’ll have full access to the Mess Hall for shared meals, plenty of bunk beds to bring out our inner kids, and the entire camp from Friday to Sunday at noon—so let’s make the most of this unforgettable weekend together! Get ready for a weekend filled with fun, love, and lifelong memories! ✨ Please note: This is a child-free wedding. ✨ Staying on-site? Let us know your preference! For our wedding day, please skip the jeans and T-shirts and opt for comfortable, dressy attire—it’s all about looking stylish yet relaxed! Weekend Timeline: Subject to change as time gets closer! FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 1:00 PM – Guest Check-In 6:30 PM – Dinner 8:00 PM – Campfire Songs & S’mores SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2025 9:00 AM – Breakfast 12:30 PM – Lunch 1:00 PM – Games 4:00 PM – Ceremony 4:45 PM – Dinner 6:00 PM- Speeches 6:15 PM – First Dances & Party 10:30 PM – Mammoth Pours End SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025 10:00 AM – Goodbye Breakfast 12:00 PM – Check-Out We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎉 Please note: This is a Kid Free wedding! All of the cabins are very much rustic camp cabins. The smaller cabins do not have electricity. Each cabin has bunk beds with a 4" mattress pad on them. There is a bath house directly in the middle of the sleep cabins with additional bathrooms near the entrance of camp.
