Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun

All events will be at The Grand within Moon Palace. Please fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Room Booking: *Do Not Book reservations through the link below. To book your room, click on the Room Bookings tab above.* Once you have booked your room, you will schedule a shuttle service (at not extra cost) for the beginning of your trip and the end to pick you and drop you off from the airport and the hotel. It is about a 15-20 min drive from the airport to the hotel. I highly recommend downloading the Palace Resorts app, as you will be able to book restaurants, room service, spa reservations, receive activity information, the grand map and more. Check In: Once you arrive, the bell boys will take your bags and hold them while you check in. If your room isn't ready, you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar or grab a snack from the coffee bar (highly recommend to walk around as most restaurants are in the lobby!). Concierge notifies you by email that your room is ready. Once room is ready, go back to the check in area to get wristbands activated. After that, go outside where you dropped off your bag and you give the check in tag to the bell boys who will take your bags to your room. From there you can enjoy! Please note there are golf carts that will pick you up from designated locations across the property, allowing you to easily get around to the different activities and areas around Moon Grand. We want this to be your vacation as well! Each guest will get a $750 credit when booking for four or more nights to spend on various activities (spa, zip lining, dolphin swimming, boat rides, snorkeling, etc).
