Where exactly is Bear River Group Campground?

Answer

Bear River Group Campground does not have an address, so on the RSVP site, it defaults to the reservoir itself. Listed below are directions and a Google Map URL that will get you to the group campground. From Jackson, California, travel east on State Route 88 for 39 miles and turn right (south) on Bear River Road. Travel 2 miles to Y intersection and stay to the right side, going across the dam. Drive .5 miles past South Shore Campground to Bear Group Campground, which will be located on left side of road. https://goo.gl/maps/AJVoi99gm1o

What meals am I responsible for?

Friday night (6/21), Maria and Jason will be providing guests with champagne and s’mores, but dinner Friday is on your own. Feel free to cook at the campground, grab dinner on your way, or go out to eat at Ham's Station (20 minutes by car) or Bear River Resort (7 minutes by car). Saturday evening (6/22), Maria and Jason will be providing guests with appetizers, dinner, and drinks (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options). All other meals, beverages, or snacks are on your own.
