I’m the maid of honor and friend of the bride for twenty years. We met in middle school and have been sisters ever since. Through the years we have learned that friendship isn’t about being inseparable, but rather being separated and nothing changes. My fondest memory of the bride is her falling down in the Burger King parking lot and talking me off the ledge when there was a man hanging on the cart corral at Target (it was a shadow, not a man).

I met Jason through work at former City Park, but we found out we both are Italians from Connecticut. He actually had met my grandfather’s best friend. Over the years, we became work siblings and he introduced me to Lyndsi on a double date trip to a renn faire. We hit it off as if we had known each other all our lives.

Jedi and Lyndsi met back in 2011. Jason and Jedi met in 2014 and became fast friends. Lyndsi and Jedi reconnected when Jason and Lyndsi started dating.

I’ve know the bride for as long as she’s been alive. Every summer as kids we would share a bed and pick on her little brother Zach. For years the three of us were like siblings. We crafted and had garage sales and made up plays, we sang high school musical and Annie until our nana and papa begged us for an intermission. We’ve both moved on with our own families over the years, and I have a wonderful husband and three beautiful kids, but Lyndsi was still my first sister.

I knew Lyndsi all my life. Sometimes I sat by her in law school when I was a baby. I usually slept through class. She was one of my first babysitters, and she's like a sister to me, and to my dad and to my mom. I know that sounds like a crazy family tree. Don't think about it too much. Family is more than just blood. I'm so excited to be in her wedding! Lyndsi and Kate met when Kate was a few weeks old. Kate enjoyed stealing bites of Lyndsi’s ice cream and French fries and she refused to walk until after Lyndsi graduated law school and was not around to see it.

I love Lyndsi and doing crafts with her. I've also known her my whole life. She is definitely a favorite babysitter who is like a sister. Charlotte was born shortly before her dad and Lyndsi both took their bar exams. Lyndsi met her when her mom and dad, and older sister Kate all met in Miami for some much needed rest after bar prep. She is a professional flower girl and loves all things princessy and sparkly.

I only met Lyndsi twice, but my sisters and parents talk about her and we talk on the phone often enough that I forget that I've only met her twice. I feel like I've known her forever. Mav is the best little brother to Kate and Charlotte and met Lyndsi when he was a few months old in Virginia Beach. He’s a world class ring bearer as he has done this before.
