FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and under venue capacity. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Western Casual, so break out those jeans and cowboy boots, and get ready to dance! If you feel like being fancy, a casual dress for the ladies and dress pants with button-down shirt or polo shirt for the guys will do. Ties will be cut off at the door and added to our scrapbook!

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

Both will be located at Stone House Ranch in Dripping Springs, TX. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. The ceremony starts at 5:30 PM, so please arrive at 5:00 PM.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Do you have a Hotel Room Block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have two room blocks available. Information can be found in the “Travel” section of our website. The room block is on a first come basis, so book them as soon as possible. The venue is about 25 minutes from the hotels, but a shuttle will be available to take you to and from the wedding.

Question

How do I RSVP, and when do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

You should RSVP through this website under the tab "RSVP". Please RSVP by September 1st.

Question

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" through this website so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Should I eat BBQ while in Austin, Texas?

Answer

Yes, the answer is always yes.
