No one loves kids more than Jason and Lisa, but due to the large guest list unfortunately we are limiting the number of children in attendance to younger first cousins and children of siblings and the bridal party. Kids of cousins, other family members, and friends should not attend.
We’re going with semi-formal or dressy casual. The ceremony will be outside and the reception is in a giant tent. So dress accordingly for fall New England weather. Layers are always great! Since the wedding is taking place on a farm, there’s lots of dirt and grass in the open fields, so it’s recommended that women do not wear heels. Need some more guidance? Hopefully this helps... He should wear: A suit and tie, dark or light depending on the season and time of day. She should wear: A cocktail dress or a dressy skirt/pants and top.
Please see the Registry tab on our website for more details about our registry.
Of course - we will make sure that all dietary needs are accommodated. It’s best to indicate this on your RSVP card. If you forget, that’s okay, just please let the bride and groom know immediately so they can plan ahead with the caterers.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. But if you don’t feel like driving we will have transportation available from the recommended hotels in Amesbury - feel free to catch a ride on that. More details are in the Travel section of the website.
Please let us know if you can make it to our celebration by September 22nd.
We hate to be this way, but we needed to draw the line somewhere. So if you were not invited with a guest, then unfortunately no you cannot bring one.
We’re doing it for you... the town of Newbury has limits on consecutive hours of alcohol service. To make sure we don’t break the rules, we need to take a short break. But it’s okay because it will give you time to get settled into your seats, use the bathroom, chat with others, check out the dinner menu, etc.
Sure, we don’t see why not. Just be sure to check the travel details page often to get updated shuttle pick-up times.
