Please RSVP by August 8 using the RSVP link on the homepage or in the top navigation menu to get started. IMPORTANT: Zola’s RSVP system can be a little confusing. It will walk you through all the wedding events—even ones we’re not collecting RSVPs for. Just click “Next Event” on those. The only one you'll need to respond to is “Arrive at Ceremony.” Once you've done that, continue through to submit your RSVP.
Cocktail. Think festive and polished—suits or sport coats for men, cocktail or elegant dresses for women. Everything’s indoors, so dress up without worrying about the heat or your heels.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, your plus one is invited! Don’t know who you're bringing yet? No problem—go ahead and RSVP with “TBD” or “Guest” for now and update us later.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the city’s main airport and is located just 7 miles east of downtown and the Thompson Hotel. It offers direct flights from most major U.S. cities and has two terminals (Barbara Jordan and South Terminal—note that the South Terminal is separate and requires a shuttle). Once you land, Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are readily available and will get you downtown in about 15–20 minutes. While you can also drive in—Austin is about 2 hours from San Antonio, ~3 hours from Houston or Dallas—we strongly recommend flying directly into AUS for ease and convenience.
No formal transportation provided—but don’t worry. The venue is very close to downtown and hotels, and Uber/Lyft rides are quicker and easy. There’s also plenty of parking if you prefer to drive.
Nope! Most of what you’ll want to explore in Austin is easily reached by Uber, Lyft, walking, or even a driverless Waymo if you’re feeling adventurous. Unless you're planning day trips outside the city, a rental car probably isn’t worth it. Skip the rental—save your energy for tacos and dancing!
Yes. Enter off Springdale Road, and park in the lot on the right-side. There are ample parking spots for all guests, starting at 4:15pm, separate from parking for Stargazer and Handsome Dan’s next door. There will be barricades blocking off the reserved parking.
Springdale Station has all the charm of a historic train station—with modern, indoor comfort. Our ceremony, dinner, and reception will all take place inside (hello, A/C!). Yes! One beautiful venue, no extra travel. Everything from ceremony to dance party takes place at Springdale Station.
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive between 4:15–4:45 PM to grab a drink, settle in, and soak up the vibes.
Absolutely—we’re serving dinner. You’ll enjoy a full evening: passed appetizers during cocktail hour, a plated sit-down dinner, an open bar, and late-night snacks to keep the party going. You’ll be able to select your dinner preference when you RSVP.
Yes! There’s a vegetarian entrée available on the RSVP form, and we’re working with our caterer to confirm vegan and gluten-free options as well. If you have specific dietary needs, just let us know in the RSVP comment box—we’ll do our best to take care of you!
