Where is the reception?

Answer

The Falls Ballroom 15870 MN-27 Little Falls, MN 56345 The social hour will start at 4:00 pm. The dinner will start at 5:30 pm. The dance will start at 7:00 pm.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not due to local events in Little Falls. The hotels (AmericInn 320-632-1964 & Super 8 320-632-2351) recommend guests contact them, if full, call again in June for availability.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Wine (Red), Cobalt (Blue) also known as the Minnesota Twins baseball colors.

Why are there so many construction cones?

Answer

From the Little Falls Dam to the County Courthouse on the Broadway E. is closed on East side and 1st street to 8th street on the Broadway W. is closed on the West side. Please follow the detour. It's quick. Little Falls is Improving Hwy 27 to address the need for repairs and upgrades to the road and underground infrastructure. What time should we be there?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin on July 20th at 3:00pm at Bethel Luthern Church. We kindly ask guests to arrive thirty minutes prior with phones on vibrate, silent or off. Thanks. See the schedule for more details. Family members - please arrive at the church by 2 pm for family photos.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, you can, however, be considerate of others enjoying the special day. If your camera or cell phone is making it difficult for others to enjoy the moment, we'd ask you to wait. There will be plenty of time to take personal photos. We appreciate your ringtone being off during the ceremony.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

All events will be indoors with air conditioning.

Absolutely, this wedding is kid friendly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want you and yours to celebrate with us on our special day. In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail jjjaring@gmail.com with any questions!

Will there be dancing and a photo booth?

Answer

Of course, we will have dancing and a photo booth. We have arranged for a DJ to play our favorites to get you out on the dance floor. The photo booth is available after dinner.

Will there be assigned seats at dinner?

Answer

We're not planning to assign seats. We will have reserved tables for our parents, siblings, & wedding party spouses. We'd ask our guests to keep the tables close to the head table for the family (aunts & uncles). We know you'll find a seat that's comfortable.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

We want you to be safe and comfortable. Guests can expect a selection off the buffet for dinner and most drinks will be available before dinner. Once dinner starts, it's a cash bar. Did we mention the wedding cake?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Summer wedding attire may include sundresses, suits, linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks. We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite tie or cocktail attire. Business casual is a good option.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We want you to be safe and comfortable! We have selected a buffet with a variety of items.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the church and reception for guests. (No valet parking.)

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

The last two hours of the dance, there will be a shuttle to transport guests within the Little Falls Area. Guests outside this area will need to plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Who are the vendors?

Answer

Design Studio By Stacy is our Photographer. Coborn's Bakery will be providing the cake. The Falls Ballroom will be catering the reception. Jim Olsen will be playing at the ceremony and social hour. Dee's Decorating is decorating the event.
