We first met during the summer of 2013. Jeff was home from school, and Jason had just begun working in San Francisco. As with most couples nowadays, we found each other online and decided to get to know each other over burgers! On the drive to dinner, we were both quite shy until Jeff started to sing along to the music playing in the car. Jason couldn’t help but smile. Over the next few months, we became more and more comfortable with each other until Jeff needed to return to school. Instead of calling it quits, we committed to trying out a long-distance relationship. Throughout the next two years, we managed to see each other nearly every weekend, only building a more loving relationship. After graduating, we decided to move in together, and, over the next year-and-a-half, we slowly and steadily built a life together. After finding much success in San Francisco, we made the exciting but difficult decision to move to Seattle, where Jason would continue to develop his career and Jeff would begin law school. Over the next four years, through both great and difficult times, our love for one another only grew. After seven years of laughing, loving, and dancing, Jeff proposed to Jason on his birthday atop Smith Tower, the oldest skyscraper in Seattle. As we took in the moment, we could not help but gaze out over the city and life we were conquering together. Now, here we are, more than seven years later, and we are more excited than ever to dedicate the rest of our lives to each other. More than anything, we are thrilled to have such a large, supportive, and loving group of friends and family to share in the celebration of our marriage. Thank you for being part of our story and helping us along the way!
