Virginia Beach Boardwalk
Take a stroll on our lovely boardwalk, get a photo with King Neptune, check out live music at the outdoor stages along the way, go get a quick pump at Hillier Ignite Fitness Park on 36th street, take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.... the world is your oyster! The Neptune Festival is the weekend before the wedding and there may still be sand castles to view from the sand castle competition which is always a highlight of the festival!!
ViBe Creative District
Outdoor art, murals, google says "Arts, technology & cultural district packed with creative professionals & colorful street art." I feel like this didn't exist when I lived in VB, but it sounds pretty rad. I'm trying to go.
Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. Association for Research and Enlightenment
Go check out the bookstore and library, meditation room, walk the labyrinth, or treat yourself to the spa at Edgar Cayce's Center for Research and Enlightenment! Cayce is considered the "sleeping prophet" and "father of holistic medicine." Really neat stuff!
First Landing State Park
If you're into nature and outdoors but not so much in to sand, then this is a lovely alternative to the beach with lots of trails and trees and non ocean NEATure.
