Welcome Cocktail Hour

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

While Heidi is resting up for the big day, join Jason for a welcome cocktail as he tries to remember whatever it is he forgot to do. We'll be heading over to Paper Plane, a cocktail bar that's about a 10 min walk from the hotel. They have a modest menu that includes a burger, but consider grabbing a bite beforehand if you'd like something more substantial. First one's on us.

Ceremony and Reception

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

For your footwear, hat, and temperature consideration, the Ceremony will be held on a lawn outside, followed by short walk to an indoor Cocktail Hour and a Reception. We will have a shuttle to transport those who would prefer not to make the walk The venue is 2.9 miles from where you exit the freeway, and a half mile past the trailhead for the Vargas Plateau Regional Park. An attendant will guide you to parking once you arrive at the gate. While there is plenty of room to park, you might want to consider carpooling or arranging transportation.

Goodbyes at the San Pedro Market

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Join us at the San Pedro Market for a bite as we give out hugs and say goodbye. The Market has plenty of outdoor seating and a variety of food options and bars for you post-wedding recovery, if your up for it.
