Boise Airport

Flying into Boise is typically more affordable than flying into Sun Valley. Boise is a ~2.5 hours by rental car and ~3 hours by bus or shuttle service. We are more than happy to try and connect you to someone that has already rented a car. If you need a ride from Bosie to Sun Valley on Thursday or Friday, or a ride back to Boise on Sunday, please reach out to Grace / Jason directly and we'll connect you to someone that is already making the trip.

Sun Valley Express Shuttle (From Boise to Sun Valley)

If the shuttle we're providing doesn't work for your arrival schedule, you can either rent a car at the Boise airport or take the Sun Valley Express for $105 one-way. The Sun Valley Express runs daily; the schedule is: Boise Airport to Sun Valley/Hailey: 3:30 PM Sun Valley to Boise Airport: 8:20AM Sun Valley Lodge 8:45AM Hailey Post Office

FRIEDMAN MEMORIAL AIRPORT (SUN)

Hailey's airport is less than 15 miles away from Sun Valley, but will be more expensive than flying into Boise. For awareness, there are direct flights from Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago.

Shuttle information from Hailey (SUN) to Sun Valley

If you fly into Sun Valley, you can pick-up your rental car and/or contact a taxi service to take you to your lodging. If you're staying at a hotel without a shuttle and/or a rental car, rides will be ~$50 from Hailey to Sun Valley. Beautiful five-star hotel located in downtown Ketchum. Walking distance to all of the local restaurants and bars including the BBQ at the Martini's house on Thursday and Welcome to the West party on Friday at the Warfield. Three-star hotel in the heart of town; Hotel Ketchum offers many room sizes and more budget-friendly rates. Walking distance to everything as well.

Knob Hill Inn Sun Valley

Absolutely beautiful four-star hotel modeled after a European Chalet. A little bit more removed from Main Street in Ketchum, but still walkable to Thursday / Friday night's events. Note: The Knob Hill Inn offers free shuttles to guests to and from the SUN airport.

This seems to be the most cost efficient options for couples or small groups. Lots of great options in Ketchum! Would recommend staying on the "River Run" side of Ketchum. Warm Springs is not walking distance to our events.
