How do I get to the Ceremony?
Answer
All guests will use the shuttle services from The Riding Academy Hotel to the Chapel. Shuttle services will begin at 5:30pm with the last shuttle at 6:15pm. We encourage you to utilize the early shuttle times.

Where should I park?
Answer
Self parking parking is available in the parking garage opposite of entrance of The Riding Academy Hotel. If you would like to valet your car, simply drive up to the entrance of The Equestrian Manor and a valet team member will be there to serve you. The shuttle services at The Riding Academy hotel is within walking distance.

What time is hotel check-in? Will my room be ready before the wedding?

Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available, but it is not guaranteed and is based solely on hotel availability at the time of arrival. Standard hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon arrival, but it is not guaranteed and is subject to hotel availability on the day of arrival. Please note that the wedding room block is reserved for one night only, and rooms are typically turning over throughout the afternoon. Because of this, there is a possibility that some guests may not have access to their rooms until later in the evening. Our wedding festivities begin with shuttle service at 5:30 PM, so guests who are planning to check in the same day should be mindful that their room may not be ready in time for getting ready before transportation begins. We recommend planning accordingly or making arrangements for an alternative getting-ready space if needed. For the most seamless experience, we suggest arriving earlier in the day when possible. If you are only booking a one-night stay, please keep in mind that your room may not be ready prior to the start of wedding festivities, and you may need to plan an alternate space to get ready before transportation begins. We recommend arriving earlier in the day or booking an additional night to ensure a seamless and relaxed experience.

Absolutely! After the reception, guests are invited to keep the party going at the Polo Pony Bar on the first floor of The Equestrian Manor.
