All guests will meet in the lobby of The Riding Academy Hotel and take the complimentary shuttles to the ceremony site. Our shuttles are the only way to get to the ceremony chapel!
Ceremony

As the sun begins to set, we invite you to join us inside the stunning The Chapel at WEC, nestled among the sweeping oak trees. With its serene surroundings and timeless charm, the chapel offers a truly unforgettable setting for our ceremony.
Reception
7:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Immediately following the ceremony, shuttle transportation will be provided to The Equestrian Manor. Our shuttles will be making a few loops to accommodate all guests, so we kindly ask for your patience during transportation. Upon arrival at The Equestrian Manor, you will be welcomed by one of our photographers at the grand stairwell. As a special thank you for celebrating with us, we would love to capture a beautiful photo of you at the base of the staircase. Cocktails and refreshments will be served prior to the grand reveal of our reception space on the second floor. Guests may access the reception by utilizing the golden elevator bank to the right or by ascending the grand stairwell.
