7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual Attire: Almost* anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to nice pants and a button down. A step up from your everyday streetwear but keeping it casual -- nothing too fancy!

For those in town the night before who want to mingle, we will be serving up cocktails at the house. Come one, come all!

Shuttle Service - 2 Departure Times

4:45 pm - 5:30 pm

PARKING IS LIMITED, SHUTTLE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. We have arranged a shuttle bus from downtown Nevada City to the venue. Parking at the venue is limited and a bit of a walk to the entrance. We are strongly encouraging guests to take advantage of this provided service. The shuttle will be picking up guests outside the National Exchange Hotel. There is a nearby park and ride where we recommend parking if you are not staying as a guest at this hotel. The first shuttle departure time is at 4:45pm, with a 5pm estimated arrival. The second shuttle will leave at 5:15pm and arrive at 5:30pm. We encourage taking the first bus to enjoy hor d'oeuvres and libations prior to the ceremony.
